Join us for AAHC's 11th Annual Conference, "Healthy Adolescents: Building the Future." The meeting takes place May 1-2, 2008 (with pre-conference activities on April 30) in Tempe, Arizona at the Fiesta Inn Resort (2100 South Priest Drive, Tempe, AZ 85283).
A mobile pictorial exhibit, Everybody's Baby, focusing on the impact teen pregnancy has on a community, is also managed by AAHC and is available to organizations statewide.
In 2002, the Adolescent Health Training Institute (AHTI) was formed to provide quality education and training for parents and adults working with adolescents. AHTI has provided numerous trainings for groups who work with adolescents including parents. These trainings provide insight into adolescent development and insight into how to improve effectiveness in communicating with teens.
Each year, AAHC sponsors Professional Development and Networking Meetings, focusing on topics of interest to individuals who work with adolescents.
